1. Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava – Transferred to Madras High Court
Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava, who is currently serving as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, has been transferred as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court. Justice Shrivastava, a jurist known for his scholarly disposition and administrative acumen, began his judicial journey as a Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court and later served with distinction at the Rajasthan High Court. 2. Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh – Transferred to Telangana High Court
Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh, currently the Chief Justice of the Tripura High Court, has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Telangana High Court. A seasoned legal mind, Justice Singh previously served as a Judge of the Jharkhand High Court and briefly as its Acting Chief Justice. 4. Justice K.R. Shriram – Transferred to Rajasthan High Court
Justice K.R. Shriram, who has been serving as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court since September 2024, has now been transferred as Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court. Justice Shriram has an extensive background in commercial and maritime law, having earlier served as a judge of the Bombay High Court. His tenure at Madras High Court was marked by notable judgments and initiatives focused on digital case management.
