In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle, the Government of NCT of Delhi has transferred 11 IAS officers from the AGMUT cadre to various Union Territories and states. As per the official orders, Shri Anil Kumar Singh (AGMUT:1995) has been posted to Jammu & Kashmir, while Dr. S.B. Deepak Kumar (AGMUT:2005) has been appointed as Advisor to the Administrator, Lakshadweep. Shri Krishna Mohan Uppu (AGMUT:2009) will be joining his new assignment in Puducherry.
Further, Shri Naveen S L (AGMUT:2012), currently serving as Member (DSSSB) with additional charge of Director (Finance), IPGCL/PPCL, has been posted to Jammu & Kashmir. Shri Gurpal Singh (AGMUT:2014), Deputy Commissioner, MCD, also moves to Jammu & Kashmir. Mohammed Ahsan Abid (AGMUT:2014), Special Secretary (Tourism), who additionally holds several portfolios including Secretary (Urdu Academy), Survey Commissioner AUQAF, and CVO, DT&TDC, has been transferred to Puducherry.
Shri Rajesh Kumar (AGMUT:2014), currently posted as Special CEO in the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi, is posted to Arunachal Pradesh, while Shri Vivek Kumar Tripathi (AGMUT:2018), awaiting posting, has been transferred to Mizoram. Among the younger officers, Ms. Shreya Singhal (AGMUT:2020), Additional Director (Education), and Ms. Mahima Madan (AGMUT:2021), awaiting posting, have both been posted to Jammu & Kashmir, along with Shri Ananth Dwivedi (AGMUT:2021), also awaiting posting.
These transfers reflect strategic administrative realignments within the AGMUT cadre, aiming to strengthen governance across Union Territories and sensitive regions.
