Indian Bureaucracy News, Shimla, August 01, 2025 |  In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Himachal Pradesh Government has transferred and reassigned 16 IAS officers across key departments, as per an official order issued today. The changes affect top posts in administrative reforms, agriculture, cooperation, transport, youth services, town planning, and other sectors.

  1. Shri C Paulrasu IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2004), presently Secretary, Administrative Reforms, Training & Foreign Assignments and Redressal of Public Grievances, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, with additional charge of Secretary, Cooperation, Horticulture and Agriculture, is transferred and appointed as Secretary – Cooperation, Horticulture and Agriculture, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  2. Ms A Shainamol IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2007), presently Divisional Commissioner, Mandi Division, Mandi, is transferred and appointed as Secretary – Administrative Reforms, Training & Foreign Assignments and Redressal of Public Grievances, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  3. Dr Raj Krishan Pruthi IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2009), presently Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Divisional Commissioner – Mandi Division, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
  4. Shri Sudesh Kumar Mokhta IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2010), presently Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Horticultural Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation Ltd (HPMC), Shimla, with additional charge of Managing Director, HP Agro Industries Corporation Ltd, and, Managing Director, HP Agro Industrial Packaging India Ltd, is transferred and appointed as Special Secretary – Industries, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  5. Shri Dorje Chhering Negi IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2011), presently Director, Transport, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Registrar – Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  6. Shri Kamal Kant Saroch IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2013), presently Director, Town & Country Planning, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Chief Executive Officer – HIMURJA, Shimla.
  7. Shri Neeraj Kumar IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2013), presently Special Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, with additional charge of Director, Health Safety & Regulation, Himachal Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Director – Transport, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  8. Dr Nipun Jindal IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2014), presently Director, Digital Technologies & Governance, Himachal Pradesh, with additional charge of Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC), is transferred and appointed as Managing Director – HRTC, Shimla.
  9. Shri Arindam Chaudhary IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2014), presently Special Secretary, MPP & Power, NCES and Industries, Himachal Pradesh, with additional charge of Managing Director (MD), General Industries Corporation, is transferred and appointed as MD  – Himachal Pradesh Horticultural Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation Ltd (HPMC), with additional charge of MD – HP Agro Industries Corporation Ltd, MD – HP Agro Industrial Packaging India Ltd, and, MD – General Industries Corporation, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  10. Shri Shubh Karan Singh IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2015), presently Chief Executive Officer, HIMURJA, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Special Secretary – Multi-Purpose Projects and Power (MPP & Power) and NCES, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  11. Ms Gandharva Rathore IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2016), presently awaiting posting, is appointed as Special Secretary – Personnel, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  12. Shri Shivam Pratap Singh IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2017), presently Chief Executive Officer, HP State Rural Livelihood Mission, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Director – Youth Services & Sports, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, relieving Shri Vivek Bhatia IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2011) of this additional charge.
  13. Shri Abhishek Verma IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2018), presently Additional Deputy Commissioner, Development-cum-Project Director (DRDA), Shimla, District Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Director – Digital Technologies & Governance, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
  14. Shri Divyanshu Singal IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2020), presently Managing Director, HP Medical Services Corporation Ltd, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner – DRDA, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
  15. Shri Jitender Sanjta IAS (Himachal Pradesh), presently Secretary, HP State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Special Secretary – Health & Family Welfare, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, with additional charge of Director – Health Safety & Regulation, Himachal Pradesh.
  16. Shri Hemis Negi IAS (Himachal Pradesh), presently Managing Director, Himachal State Agricultural Marketing Board, Shimla, with additional charge of State Project Director, Prakritik Kheti Khushal Kissan Yojna, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Director – Town & Country Planning, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
