Shri Mandarapu Subbarayudu IFS (1994), presently Ambassador of India to Lima, has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to Plurinational State of Bolivia, with residence in Lima.Shri Subbarayudu worked as an engineer in the public sector and lecturer at a premier technical university in India.
Shri Subbarayudu has served at the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi as Deputy Secretary in the Central Europe Division and Joint Secretary in-charge of Development Partnership Administration. Serving at India’s Diplomatic Missions in Jakarta, Warsaw, Rome and Dhaka, he handled political, economic & commercial and culture & information works. He has also served as the Consul General of India at Perth in Western Australia.Shri Subbarayudu holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Technology degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
