Shri M Salvaraj, Former Director (Finance), Mazagaon Dock Limited (MDL) has been appointed as Non-Official Independent Director in Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) for a period of three years.
Shri M Salvaraj holds bachelors in Engineering, MBA in Finance, Diploma in Computer Management and LLB. He possess rich experience in warship and submarine construction, covering areas such as planning, commercial and finance. Prior to this he was General Manager ( Finance) of Naval Projects. He joined MDL in April 1981 as a Management Trainee and held various finance portfolios such as corporate taxation, government audit, costing and budgeting and project finance.
