Dr. M M Kutty IAS (AGMUT 1985) presently Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas , has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Steel with immediate effect and till the assumption of the charge of the post by Shri Binoy Kumar IAS (TG 1983), during the period of his absence on leave.
