The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal for appointment of Justice (Retd.) M M Kumar, Chairman of the Company Law Board as President, National Company Law Tribunal as an ad-interim arrangement till joining of a regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
