Shri Lalit Kumar Gupta IAS (Tripura 1987) presently Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Tripura, Rural Development (including Panchayats), Finance & Member, Tripura Sale Tax Tribunal & VAT Tribunal, Tripura (in addition).has been appointed as Chief Secretary, Government of Tripura .Shri Gupta was Joint Secretary of Youth Affairs at Government of India since August 30, 2013.
