Ms. Kim IPS (Bihar 2008), has been given inter Cadre transfer from Bihar cadre to the West Bengal cadre on the grounds of her marriage with Shri Sudheer Kumar Neelakantam IPS (West Bengal 2007), powers conferred under Sub-Rule (2) of Rule; 5 of Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules-1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Bihar and Government of West Bengal, the Central Government.
