Ms. Kamini Chauhan Ratan IAS (Uttar Pradesh 1997) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Ms. Ishita Roy IAS (Kerala 1991).
