Shri K Touthang CSS has been appointed as Joint Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Shri SK Ratho IFoS (1987).
