At a ceremony held today (August 27, 2022) at 1030 hrs in the Darbar Hall, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Shri Justice Uday Umesh Lalit was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India.  He made and subscribed to the oath of office before the President.
