Justice Shree Prakash Singh presently Additional Judge now appointed as Judge of Allahabad High Court , in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India to the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, vide notifications dated 03.03.2023.

Graduated in Law from Lucknow University in the year 1996. L.L.M. from Lucknow University, Enrolled as Advocate on 26.03.1997, Practised in Civil, Service, Constitutional, Educational Matters, Revenue and Misc. Matters at High Court, Lucknow. Worked as Chief Standing Counsel-I, Allahabad High Court at Lucknow Bench (2017-2021), Standing Counsel for Union of India. Standing Counsel for Madhyanchal, Pashchimanchal and Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.

Worked as State Law Officer (brief holder) in Lucknow High Court for Govt. of U.P.(2000-2002). Standing Counsel for Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM now NCISM) Department of Ayush Government of India, Standing Counsel for Indian Council for Agriculture Research (ICAR), New Delhi., State Food & Essential Commodities Corporation Ltd., Lucknow and U.P. State Agro Industrial Corporation Ltd. Lucknow, Standing counsel for Kaushal Vikas Mission, U.P. State Vocational Council, Aliganj, Lucknow and UCO Bank, Legal Advisor for U.P. Small Industries Corporation, Ltd., Kanpur and World Wide Fund for Nature U.P. Chapter, Took oath as Additional Judge on October 13, 2021.
