Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak, presently serving as a Judge of the Gauhati High Court, has been transferred and appointed as a Judge of the Orissa High Court. The transfer has been effected by the President of India under clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution, following consultation with the Chief Justice of India.
