Justice Krishan Pahal presently Additional Judge now appointed as Judge of Allahabad High Court, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India to the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, vide notifications dated 03.03.2023.
Graduated in Law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Appointed as Public Prosecutor at Meerut District Court from 2000 to 2011, Represented Chaudhary Charan Singh University at Allahabad High Court, Represented Agra Development Authority at Allahabad High Court, Was Additional Advocate General for State of U.P. from Jul 6, 2017 till his elevation in 2021, Took oath as Additional Judge on October 13, 2021.
