Shri Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi presently Additional Judge- Punjab and Haryana High Court has been appointed as Judge- Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Born on 6th July, 1974, Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi belongs to a family of lawyers, judges and servicemen. He completed his school education from the Lawrence School, Sanawar, graduation from Panjab University and LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Delhi. He was designated as a Senior Advocate on 29th January, 2014. He was elevated as Additional Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court on 29th October, 2021. He is the son of Justice Harjit Singh Bedi, former Judge, Supreme Court of India and the grandson of Justice Tikka Jagjit Singh Bedi, former Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court.
His wife is a professor of Law and they have a son and a daughter.
