Justice Ashutosh Srivastava presently Additional Judge now appointed as Judge of Allahabad High Court, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India to the President of India, after consultation with Chief Justice of India, vide notifications dated 03.03.2023.
Graduated in Commerce from Lucknow University, Graduated in Law from the University of Delhi, Thereafter, enrolled as an Advocate on 31.10.1993, Practised extensively in the Original and Appellate Jurisdiction of the Allahabad High Court and has always been known for his prowess in drafting Petitions Written Submissions and Appeals, As an advocate, specialized in Civil, Revenue and Constitutional Law matters and Education, Electricity, Property and Service Matters in particular, Has served as the Panel Advocate for statutory bodies viz. NHAI etc, Additionally, served as the Special Counsel for the Directorate of Medical Education U.P., Lucknow as well as Government Medical Colleges of the State of U.P. apart from serving as the Standing Counsel for various private companies and corporations, Furthermore, has actively taken up cases pro-bono throughout his career as an Advocate, Took oath as Additional Judge on October 13, 2021.
