Shri Justice Anoop Chitkara presently Judge- Himachal Pradesh High Court has been transferred to Punjab and Haryana High Court by the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India (Vide notifications of even number dated 05.10.2021, in exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India).
