Ms. Jaya Dubey CSS has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG), from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of DS/Director level, initially for a period of two years.
