Dr. JB Ekka IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 1995) presently Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Panchayat & Rural Development, Parliamentary Affairs, Transformation & Development, Labour Welfare and Tea Tribes Welfare Departments , has been relieved from the additional charge of Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Transformation & Development Department.
