Himachal Pradesh 6 IAS Reshuffle, Appointments Strengthen CMO, Industrial & Dairy Sectors
Indian Bureaucracy News, Shimla, March 10, 2026 | The Himachal Pradesh government has ordered a series of administrative reshuffles across key departments, assigning additional responsibilities and effecting transfers among several IAS and state service officers. The changes include new leadership roles in public sector undertakings, departmental secretariats, and district administration, aimed at streamlining governance and administrative coordination.
- Shri Abhishek Verma IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2018), presently Director, Land Records, Himachal Pradesh, has been given additional charge of Managing Director – MILKFED, Shimla. The post was earlier held by Shri Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi IPS (Himachal Pradesh 2012), who has been directed to report to the Department of Personnel (Pool), Himachal Pradesh Secretariat, Shimla, for further posting (order dt 24.02.2026).
- Smt Raksha Sharma HPSS, presently awaiting posting, is appointed as Joint Secretary, Sainik Welfare Department, Himachal Pradesh (order dt 02.03.2026).
- Shri Ashish Singhmar IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2008), presently Secretary, Digital Technology & Governance), Himachal Pradesh, is given additional charge of Secretary – CM to Himachal Pradesh; Secretary – SWD; Secretary – SAD, Secretary – Parliamentary Affairs, Himachal Pradesh (order dt 17.02.2026).
- Shri Arindam Chaudhary IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2014), presently Managing Director (MD), HPMC, Shimla, with additional charge of MD, HP Agro Industries Corporation Limited; MD, HP Agro Industrial Packaging India Limited; and, MD, General Industries Corporation Limited, is transferred and appointed as Director – Personnel & Finance, Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd (HPSEBL), Shimla, Himachal Pradesh (order dt 17.02.2026).
- Shri Vinay Singh IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2015), presently Director, Horticulture, Himachal Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Managing Director (MD) – HP Horticultural Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation (HPMC), Shimla, with additional charge of MD – HP Agro Industries Corporation Limited, and MD – HP Agro Industrial Packaging India Limited (order dt 17.02.2026).
- Ms Torul S Raveesh IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2016), presently Deputy Commissioner, Kullu District, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, is transferred and appointed as Managing Director (MD) – HP State Industrial Development Corporation, with additional charge of MD – General Industries Corporation (order dt 17.02.2026).
- Shri Anurag Chander Sharma IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2016), presently Director, Personnel & Finance), HPSEBL, Shimla, with additional charge of Managing Director, HP State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., Shimla, is transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner – Kullu District, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh (order dt 17.02.2026).
