Dr. Hasmukh Adhia IAS (Retd) (Gujarat 1981) has been appointed as part-time Non-Official Director as well as Non-Executive Chairman on the Board of Bank of Baroda for a period of three years from the date of notification, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, under the provisions of clause (h) of section 9(3) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970.
