Sub: Request to depute an I.O. from CBI or Crime Branch in the matter of my complaint of 2016 and FIR no. 283 loadged against the accused on 19.10.2018 by civil line Rohtak and vigilace panchkulla FIR No 3 of 2019. Fir No. 194 of Bhiwani and various other Firs of other states against this group.

I have made several complaint against The accused Joginder, Sarita Kawatsara, Jitender Yadav, Sandeep Chahal and Priyanka madam that they are selling the degrees to fake students by their university opjs
(Om Prakash Joginder Singh) and spoiling the life of some genuine students took admission as they seems that these universities are approved by UGC. After my complaint 5 more FIRs has been loadged against this group in the different states including Bhiwani and Vigilance department Panchkulla. I and my have have passed LLB exams in sep 2016 and we have been issued 3 mark sheets for the Final year result and now the question here to Judge is which mark sheet is original and from where 3 mark sheets of Final year come from.
The matter can be resolved if all the documents kept together and the matter is look into by an honest I.O. In my case matter this is a matter to one hour to prove that how they are spoling the life of thousands of genuine students and also providing lacs of fake students with degrees by their university. This group is looting one to 5 crore rs per day from the govt of Haryana govt of india and from the students of this country.
Kindly depute an I.O. from Crime,CBI or vigilance to look into the matter other then from Civil Lines Rohtak or Rohtak Police because the I.O. are not only protecting the accused but the complainant are also being harrashed by the police. The documents submitted by Joginder Dalal,Sarita Kawatsara,and Jitender Yadav before the DSP Madam on 6.1.2020 are also required to be investigated by the I.O. you will appoint in the matter for the fair investigation.
Every day over one thousands youths students take admission in his universities and other educational institutes as they are approved by UGC but they cann,t take action or make their complaint due to the jurisdiction problem. I can help to prove that how they and people of this country are being looted by this group and looting over one to five crore rs per day. The king pin is joginder dalal with his group Sarita kawatsara jitender yadav sandeep chahal prinayka kawatsara sangeeta madam D K Saharon.
DSP madam in Rohtak city Police Station has called me, My Son Abhimanyu,Joginder Dalal, Sarita Kawatsara and Jitender Yadav in her office on 06.01.2020 but the I.O. ( Amit Kumar) was supporting the entire group of Joginder Dalal So it was better not to disclose all the facts as they can be ractified by the I.O. in their favour.
If you depute an honest I.O. from your department there can be a recovery of over 5000 crores benami property earged looted by this man Joginder Dalal during past 5 years.
Request to depute an I.O. from your end to see all the documents submitted by Joginder Dalal and his group on 6th jan 2020 in dsp city Rohtak Police.
