We need your help. Our plot illegally occupied by Avtar Singh Boparai and MLA Harminder Singh Gill
Sub: -My Plot No 54 Deep Enclave in Amritsar illegally occupied by my neighbour.
IManjitKaur W/O S Ujjagar Singh Dhillonowner of 450sq yard plot in Amritsar (Plot No 54 Deep Enclave Tara Wala Bridge, GT Road, Amritsar) which is illegally occupied by neighbour along with his family and friends.
I along with my husband are NRI, living in California, America from last many years.
I erected boundary wall around my plot with two gates one at the front side and other at the back alley. I am the sole owner of this plot from last 22years. When I was in Amritsar last time I got my plot cleaned and both of the gates were locked by me.
Few days back I came to know through my relatives at Amritsar that my neighbour Avtar Singh Boparaiwho lives on plot no 55 along with his family and friends have removed my gates and closed the front and back entrance with brick wall.
My husband and I are senior citizens (82 & 81yr old). Due topandemic we are not able to come to Punjab now. Hopefully as soon as the things get better we will come to Punjab.
The culprits’ names are as follow, who have illegally entered in my plot by breaking locks, removed my gates and covered entrance with brick wall to occupy illegally.
