Shri Gurbachan Singh IPS (Odisha 1984) presently posted as Special Director, Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, has been appointed as Director General (Investigation), National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in the Apex pay scale (Level-17 of pay matrix) from the date of joining the post till his superannuation on 31.12.2018 vice Shri P V K Reddy IPS(Tripura 1982).
