Shri Girish Chandra Murmu IAS (Gujarat 1985) presently Secretary – Expenditure, Ministry of Finance has been appointed as Lieutenant Governor of Jammu-Kashmir . Shri Murmu, who belongs to Mayurbhanj, Odisha, was  the Principal Secretary in the Chief minister’s office when Modi was State Government in Gujarat.
