IPS Appointments | Indian Bureaucracy News Update – In a circular dated 12.03.19, the Government has empanelled 4 Indian Police Service (IPS) Officers of 1997 batch for holding the post of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the Centre with Saurabh Tripathi of Tripura  , Rajesh Subarno of West Bengal, Viplav Kumar Choudhry of J&K  and Makrand Deoskar from MP .
