Shri Bharat Lal IFoS (Gujarat 1988) (Retd.), Director General, National Centre for Good Governance , has been appointed as Secretary General, National Human Rights Commission in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India on contract basis for a period of one year vice Shri Devendra Kumar Singh IAS (Kerala 1989) upon his superannuation on 30.06.2023.
