Former Chief Secretary Goa Parimal Rai (Retd) (AGMUT 1985) , has been appointed as the first Chairperson of the J&K Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The Housing & Urban Development Department has issued a notification appointing Shri Parimal Rai as head of Jammu & Kashmir Real Estates Regulatory Authority.
