An MoU was signed between HUDCO’s HSMI by Dr H.S. Gill, Executive Director (Training) & NAREDCO Brig.(Retd.) R.R. Singh for organising Certificate Course on “Real Estate Management” on 13th August, 20015 in the presence of Dr M Ravi Kanth, IAS (KL-86), Chairman & Managing Director of HUDCO, Shri NL Manjoka, Director (Corporate Planning), Shri PRK Naidu (IPS), Chief Vigilance Officer, Shri Naveen M Raheja, Chairman, NAREDCO, Shri Sunil Mantri, President, NAREDCO, Shri Chalpat Rao, Vice-President, NAREDCO, Shri Rajan Mandelkar, Vice President, NAREDCO at HUDCO Bhawan, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
On this occasion Dr. P Jayapal, Sr. executive Director, Dr D Subrahmanyam, Sr Executive Director and other Excutive Directors were also present. As per the MoU, the administrative part like preparation of brochure, advertisement of the programme, circulation of the course, registration, course fee collection and mobilization of the participants shall be handled by NAREDCO and technical part like reading material development, class room training, identification of resource persons, are to be handled by HUDCO’s HSMI. The programme shall be non-residential for a duration of 12 days. The target group of the participants are real estate professionals like real estate agents, sale persons, commercial and customer care executives and home loan agents. Certificates will be jointly awarded by HUDCO’s HSMI, NAREDCO and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
