Dr. L B Singhal takes charge as Dy Commissioner, Noida SEZ

Dr. L. B. Singhal has been appointed as Development Commissioner (JS level), Noida SEZ, Utter Pradesh under the Department of Commerce.  He is 1986 batch officer of Indian Trade Service was appointed to this post in the rank of Joint Secretary on May 30, 2015. Singhal was empanelled by the Government of India in the rank of Joint Secretary in April this year.
