Director (HR) Mr. D.D.Misra has been conferred with the Sharda – TOP RANKERS’ EXCELLENCE AWARD for ‘HR Leadership’, at a glittering function at New Delhi.
Mr. Misra was selected for the Award by an eminent jury headed by PadmaShree Dr. Pritam Singh. The jury selected Mr. Misra for his transformational and Passionate Leadership as Director (HR) of ONGC. Mr. Misra’s vast and diversified experience, enviable professional achievements and excellent track record made him a clear favorite.
The Award was handed over to Mr.Misra by Mr.V.S.K.Sood, President – Top Rankers’ Association during the 17th National Management Summit of Top Rankers’ Management Consultants held at New Delhi.
In his Acceptance Speech, Director (HR), while thanking the organizers mentioned that the competitive strength of ONGC lies in its skilled and experienced Human Resource base of over 33,000 employees. “I accept the Award on behalf of my organization ONGC, Team-HR and all the ONGCians.” He further said that the Award would inspire him and his Team to strive further and deliver services to each and every ONGCian at all levels, with greater passion and commitment.
