Shri Dinesh Kumar Mittal former IAS  (Uttar Pradesh 1977) Former Secretary, Ministry of Finance Government of India  is presently posted as Mission Director, Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme(DBT). His appointment period from 5th March 2015 till 4th March 2017 has been curtailed by the competent authority of Government of India. Mittal is relieved from the charge of the post by temporarily upgrading one post of Director in Directorate of Public Grievances, Cabinet Secretariat to the level of Secretary to the Government of India.
