Ms D Divya IAS (Telangana 2010), presently CEO, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Rural Development Department, Telangana, has been given full additional charge of State Nodal Officer – Prajavani, Telangana.
Serving under the Government of Telangana, Ms Divya will oversee Prajavani, the public grievance redressal platform aimed at ensuring citizen engagement and timely resolution of complaints. The role involves coordinating with departments and district administrations to enhance transparency, responsiveness, and participatory governance.
