Shri Chhabilendra Roul IAS (Punjab 1985) presently Special Secretary, Department of Agricultural Research and Education , has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Department of Fertilizers. The officer will take over as Secretary, Department of Fertilizers on superannuation of Ms. Bharathi S Sihag IAS (HP:83) on 31.12.2018.
