I prakash lal Laxmilal menariya have a request for this below complaint( Chittorgarh tehsil kapasan via akola 312205) Village karjali gram panchayat since we are facing an issue regarding our land which is located in karjali , 3736oblic 1435 this road is only the way to reach our land since this way has been captured by 23 June their name are Ramlal, mohan lal, son of harlal ji khandelwal brahman, Kaluram, mitulal son of Natulalji Khandelwal brahman these all people have captured this way by forcefully and have made a gate of steel due to which me and another people are facing more problem. In the presence of head constable from kapasan, gram panchayat VIJAY RAGER JI ( patwari) on 16/7 the force was existed by 4 of them
17 /7 2019 they were arrested ,in the court they had signed and written on paper that they won’t do that again and by paying 10000 they were realesed.
On22/7/2019 they just have harvested that government road and again breaking the rule. They don’t have any fear of government rules and regulations.
That problem was not solved from the court our farm is getting destroyed because of these people , my father age of 79 years old LAXMILAL MENARIYA and my mother 65 DEU BAI MENARIYA they are a senior citizens as they are Harrased by those people
As this is government road they are stopping us to reach our farm by forcefully. Today’s date report was given that road has been got opened but non of your government employee is interested in our issue.
I request you to any government employee should come and solve the problem
Since from three months my father is running from here to there ( he is suffering from diabetes and also a senior citizen) but no proper response and wrong report is been forwarded we have also complained online, as we all three brothers stay out of Rajasthan .
So we request you to save out parent’s life as well as our property so please solve this problem as soon as possible
Before 50 years ago 3736oblic 1435this was an government property and today’s record this is a government road used by others also. We are also using this road from 40 years . Many of complaint registered are wrongly done by others complaint no.is(10190786611876)
Old authorised government no is 846, new one is 3736oblic1435 this is captured forcefully and none of you officer is helping us so please help out from this issue since from six months our time is getting wasted..
