Shri Champak Deka ACS (DR 2019) presently Assistant Commissioner – Rangiya, Assam, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary – Health & Family Welfare Department and attached to National Health Mission, Assam with Head Quarters at the Divisional Commissioner – North Assam Division.
