Shri Brij Mohan Mishra IAS (AGMUT 2008 batch) is a distinguished civil servant with a unique academic background, holding a B.Sc. in Zoology from Purvanchal University, UP College, Varanasi, and an M.B.B.S. from Lucknow University, King George Medical University, both with first division honors. In Arunachal Pradesh, he served as Secretary, Finance and Civil Aviation Departments; Deputy Commissioner, Lohit District; and Secretary, State Public Service Commission, demonstrating his competence in financial management, public administration, and district governance. His extensive field experience also includes assignments in revenue administration, commercial taxes, and municipal development.
