Shri Bipul Pathak IAS (AGMUT 1992), previously, Director General, J&K Institute of Management Public Administration & Rural Development, J&K State, Jammu, was transferred to the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, where, pending his posting, he is now appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) – Industries with additional charge of Chairman – Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) and Managing Director – Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board (DKVIB), New Delhi.
