Shri Bharat Bhushan Vyas IAS Retd (Jammu and Kashmir  1986) takes as the Member of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Bharat Bhushan Vyas was serving as an adviser to the Jammu and Kashmir governor. Vyas will have a term of nearly three years when he attains the age of 65 years.
