Shri Bhagwanth Khuba took over as the Minister of State in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers here . The Minister was welcomed by Secretaries and senior officials of the Ministry.In addition to Chemicals and Fertilisers, he has also been assigned the portfolio of Minister of State in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.
