Shri Ashwani Kumar IAS (AGMUT 1992) presently Commissioner (MCD) relieved from
Government of NCT of Delhi to join his new place of posting i.e. Jammu & Kashmir with effect from the date of taking over the charge of Shri Sanjeev Khairwar IAS.
