Shri Ashish Vachhani IAS (Tamil Nadu 1997) presently Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance , has been given in-situ upgradation to the level of Additional Secretary and posted as Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.
