Shri Arun Mahesh Babu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the Government College of Forestry under Kerala Agricultural University, where he graduated with first-class honors. Since joining the Indian Administrative Service in 2013, Shri Babu has held notable positions, including Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Development of the North Eastern Region and has undergone rigorous training at LBSNAA, Mussoorie.
