Shri Arun Kumar Singh IAS (Bihar 1985 ) presently Chief Secretary – Bihar died because of Covid complications. The Indian Bureaucrat was undergoing treatment at a hospital in state capital Patna . Shri A K Singh had been appointed the CS of Bihar in Feb this year after the Janata Dal United formed a government in alliance with the BJP in Bihar.
