Shri Arun Kumar Panda IAS (Odisha 1984) presently Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare beyond 24.11.2019 and up to 01.12.2019 during the period of absence on leave of Ms. Preeti Sudan IAS (AP  1983).
