Ms.Aparna Kumar IPS(Uttar Pradesh 2002)  is the first woman officer of the All India Services to have scaled Europe’s highest peak Mount Elbrus (18,510 feet) . Chief Minister Shri Akhilesh Yadav conferred The Rani Laxmi Bai Award to IPS Aparna Kumar.
