Shri Amitabh Avasthi IAS (Himachal Pradesh 2004) presently Secretary (Horticulture and Jal Shakti Vibhag) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, who is also holding additional charge of the post of Director, Horticulture, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, has been transferred and posted as Secretary (Health & Family Welfare and Horticulture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He shall continue to hold additional charge of the post of Director, Horticulture, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, till further orders.
