Shri Amit Nirmal ISS (2001) presently Deputy Director General (Employment), Ministry of Labour and Employment, is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary –  National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST), Ministry of Tribal Affairs, for a period of five years, in place of Shri K Touthang, CSS.
