Shri Amir Subhani, IAS (Bihar 1987) who was recently transferred by election commission as Principal Secretary (Home & GA), Government of Bihar, has  got a fresh posting as Principal Secretary of the Panchayati Raj Department. He will also hold the additional charge of Principal Secretary of Minority Welfare Department and MD of Bihar Civil Administration and Rural Development Institute, Government of Bihar.
